Terms and Conditions

Please review the terms and conditions governing all sales and services provided by WorldTek Networking Limited.

1. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery times are estimates; WorldTek is not liable for delays.
  • Risk passes to the customer at the point of delivery.
  • Customers must report any defects in writing within three (3) days of delivery.
  • Refusal of delivery may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are VAT-exclusive (16%) unless stated.
  • Payment must be made in full without any deductions or set-offs.
  • Prices and service availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days if items are in original, resalable condition.
  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Items sold as factory-sealed cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
  • Incorrectly packaged returns attract a 15% handling charge.

4. Warranty Information

  • Most products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
  • "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) units can be exchanged if reported within 7 days.
  • Warranty is void if serial numbers are removed or if the unit shows signs of tampering.
  • UPS units are guaranteed by WorldTek for the first 7 days only.
