Return & Refund Policy
General Returns
We will gladly refund or credit goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 3 days) provided the goods are in original condition, original packaging, current version and not a special order, hardware, peripheral or clearance item.
Otherwise, we will make our best effort to arrange an exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods back for resale.
Defective Products & Warranty
- The return period in case of a defective product due to manufacturing defaults is strictly 24 hours from the date of sale.
- No returns will be accepted on products sold or delivered as sealed. In these cases, the Manufacturer Warranty applies.
- Original invoices must be presented with all returns.
Credit Notes
- A credit note for the full purchase price may be issued if returns take place within 48 hours, provided goods include all manuals & software and are in a resalable condition.
- Credit notes may be issued for goods returned after 48 hours but within 5 days.
- No credit will be issued at all if the return is more than 3 days after the purchase and does not meet the criteria above.
Packaging & Handling
All goods returned must be correctly packaged in the original packaging in which they were received, with all outer boxes and inner packaging intact. Items not correctly packaged will attract a minimum 15% handling charge.
Outside Nairobi? Clients outside Nairobi should communicate with our team to facilitate the return process.
